From needs assessment and methodology development to facilitation and follow-up actions, we build our training programmes based on a pragmatic and outcome-focused approach. Our workshops are designed in a way to provide even the most experienced employees with new insight on how to prevent and tackle harassment at the workplace, support training participants to develop and practice specific skill sets, obtain a complete understanding or provide context for deeper knowledge.

We make sure to update our course content based on cultural expectations, the internal procedures and policies of the organisations we work with, as well as international standards or the latest legislative developments of the countries where we roll out our trainings.
