EQW&L - Equality for work and life

This project received funding under the call for proposals VP/2018/005 of the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission. The grant was awarded by the EU Programme for Employment and Social Innovation (EaSI) as a result of the call for proposals on social innovation and national reforms - Innovative work-life balance strategies.


UN Women

The coronavirus crises has forced many organisations, including the UN Women, to shift its entire workforce to telecommuting. UN Women hired us to support their internal efforts to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, and specifically, deliver an online webinar for team leaders and line managers on how to effectively manage a remotely working workforce during a pandemic and beyond.


Mastercard

Busy professionals, working parents and carers are all struggling with work-life balance. The Women Leadership Network, a global Mastercard community that unlocks enhanced career opportunities for women, inspires success and empowers female leaders had for its 2019 work programme the goal to tackle this challenge. We were invited to give 2 lunchtime seminars on work-life balance, practical and actionable tools to reduce work overspill.


European Social Dialogue Committee for Central Government Administrations

How digitalization affects the work-life balance of employees in central government administrations? What types of work-life balance arrangements and new ways of working are provided in the public sector aided by digitalization? In this research project, we were tasked to explore the relationship between digitalization and how employees in central government administrations perceive their level of work-life balance and wellbeing.
