Future of Work Insights, part of Sonas Events, provides global insight, intelligence and the latest trends around the future of the workplace through white papers, reports, webinars, case studies, video & live events. Our media partnership aims to bring greater publicity and further the reach of the FOW event series.
The Agile Working and Wellbeing at Work event series provide forum for businesses to hear, meet and discuss workplace initiatives with leading experts and practitioners.
Event organisation has always been a challenging, but, with the right approach, rewarding business area. How conferences can build up such reputation like the Fringe Festival or the Web Summit? There are three, at least, core components for achieving ultimate success: building up a strong social status, delivering quality content, and keeping this activity up for a long period of time.
The Wellbeing at Work and the Agile Working Event series, organised by Sonas Events, are on a good start in establishing their status and reputation on the workplace and wellbeing conference calendar. Obviously, we felt excited about the possiblitiy to working together with the FOW team and, ultimately, contributing to its mission in becoming a well-established forum for professionals committed to creating an engaged, productive and healthy workforce.
The events are organised in some of the most competitive business environments in the world: London, Dubai and San Francisco. Hence, having an influence on, and creating a meaningful connection with, a hard-to-reach international B2B audience (HR, Diversity, Health and Wellbeing, Facility Managers) require careful planning, top-notch content, intense collaboration and laser-focused implementation.
Every blog post or podcast we produce must be able to convey complex information into engaging and thought-provoking content. Therefore, our approach is based on supporting both the Wellbeing at Work and the Agile Working Event with a mix of multi-media and real-time social media engagement. These activities include: pre-planning activities (blogging and promotion), talking to and tapping into the insight of thought-leaders (podcast interviews with key influencers), and implementing real-time engagement (social media).
