Personal Hungary is a business to business event for innovative HR leaders and suppliers to meet. It is a place where visitors benefit from invaluable networking opportunities, get a comprehensive overview of the market, and discover the latest industry developments.

Over the course of two days innovative startups and local service providers presented their programs, products and solutions. We liked those exhibitors that had their CEOs standing at their booths. They provided one-on-one insight about their solutions and shared their passion about the industry. Undoubtedly, making it to the Personal Hungary is one of the best investments a local or regional HR service provider could make. Why? Because of the large number of attendees, the quality of the speakers and visitors, topics of presentations and workshops.

It was great to see that employer branding was one of the standout topics at the Budapest conference. Discussions around this up and coming subject were held at a dedicated stage. What came across from many of the presentations is that Hungarian companies take employer branding seriously.

Being on the expo floor for 2 straight days gave us the opportunity to engage with speakers, participants and exhibitors. And, the general consensus was that #PH17 is indeed a standout event. The HR marketplace keeps thriving in Central and Eastern Europe year by year. Personal Hungary is a place where visitors could get acquainted with the regional trends, meet local vendors, HR leaders and professionals. So, pencil in the date of the next Personal Hungary in your calendars, 7-8 November 2018.

“There were moments at the exhibition, when it was not possible to move in the space. As an organizer, these are the moments when you feel the most passionate about your work. We are happy about the outcome of the exhibition. It reinforces our belief that the HR sector needs such gatherings to connect the points, share and debate the newest ideas or challenges.” - highlighted Németh Gábor, the Project Manager, and main driving force behind the event.

We also do believe that the real magic comes from face-to-face interactions and personal connections. Certainly, in such a fastly shifting world of work meetings are more important than ever before.

The organisers of the Personal Hungary did not sit on their laurels since the event closed its doors. They made all the presentations of the Practical Forum and Employer Branding Stage available for the public. If you did not have a chance to take part at the most energizing HR event of the year in Hungary we’d like to invite you to listen to the presentations here.
